Why we feel boring when we try to speak in English!!

There are so many reasons to feel boring when we try to speak English.The reason are described below………
1. In beginner level when we try to speak English that time we try to speak Tense and Words and Structure of Grammar.So what we should do instead of doing that things????

#1 We should describe  about various objects,
#2 We should describe simple things in English,

#3 We should explain various kinds of tourist spots and various kinds places 

2. We don’t give that languages life Means we don’t connect words with emotions,feelings,experiences and images.
