Tenses are an important part in English Language. And how to learn tenses with example the question is so important if you want to learn English. So For that reason I have described here all tenses with example so that you can be benefited with this knowledge.
Present Indefinite Tense:
Structure: Subject + present form of verb +object .
আমরা Present Indefinite Tense ব্যবহার করি আমাদের অভ্যাস গুলোকে বলতে । যেমন
Example :
I go to the school.
He goes to the school.
He plays football.
They work.
He works.
we eat dinner.
we have rice (eat).
চিরন্তন সত্য বাক্য প্রকাশের জন্য আমরা Present Indefinite Tense ব্যবহার করি । যেমন –
The sun rises in the east.
Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius.
The earth orbits around the sun.
Birds fly in the sky.
Fish swim in the water.
The day follows the night.
The seasons change.
The leaves fall from the trees in autumn.
Present Continuous Tense :
Structure : Subject + am/is/are + verb এর সাথে ing +object.
আমরা এই Tense টি ব্যবহার করি বর্তমান কালে চলাকালীন কোনো কাজকে বলতে । যেমন –
I am walking to the store.
I am going to the store .
He is drawing a picture.
They are playing football.
They are organizing a occasion .
They are watching a movie.
They are cleaning this room.
Present Perfect Tense:
Structure: Subject + have /has + verb এর past participle form + object.
আমরা এই tense টা ব্যবহার করি কোনো একটা কাজ শেষ হয়েছে তা বলার জন্য । যেমন –
I have finished my homework.
আমি আমার বাড়ির কাজ শেষ করেছি।
She has been to Paris twice.
সে দুই বার প্যারিস গিয়েছে।
They have been friends for 10 years.
তারা 10 বছর ধরে বন্ধু।
We have not seen each other in a long time.
অনেক দিন ধরে আমরা একে অপরকে দেখিনি। (অনেক দিন ধরে - in a long time)
He has just left the office.
তিনি সবেমাত্র অফিস থেকে বের হয়েছেন। (সবেমাত্র - just) (অফিস ত্যাগ করলেন -has left the office)
They have been married for 20 years.
তারা 20 বছর ধরে বিবাহিত।
I have read that book three times.
আমি বইটি তিনবার পড়েছি।
She has had her car for two years.
দুই বছর ধরে তার গাড়ি আছে।
We have seen that movie twice.
ছবিটি আমরা দুবার দেখেছি।
He has not played tennis in a month.
এক মাসে টেনিস খেলেননি তিনি।
He has not played tennis in this month.
এই মাসে তিনি টেনিস খেলেননি।
You have grown since the last time I saw you.
শেষবার যখন তোমাকে দেখেছিলাম তখন থেকে তুমি বড় হয়েছ ।
We have been to that restaurant before.
আমরা আগেও ওই রেস্টুরেন্টে গিয়েছে

Present Perfect Continuous Tense:
I have been studying for the exam for the past three hours.
আমি গত তিন ঘন্টা ধরে পরীক্ষার জন্য পড়াশোনা করছি।
I have been studying for the exam since morning.
সকাল থেকে পরীক্ষার জন্য পড়াশোনা করছি।
Structure : Subject + have been/ has been + verb এর সাথে ing + the rest of the sentence .
এই Tense টি আমরা তখন ব্যবহার করি যখন কোনো কাজ পূর্বে বা অতীতে শুরু হয়ে এখনও চলছে ।
আর The Oxford Learner’s Dictionary অনুযায়ী—
We use the present perfect continuous to talk about an action or activity that started in the past and continues now or has only just stopped.
অর্থ : কোনো কাজ বা কাজকর্ম পূর্বে বা অতীতে শুরু হয়ে এখনও চলছে এবং সবেমাত্র বন্ধ হয়েছে ঔ ব্যাপারে বলতে আমরা Present Perfect Continuous Tense ব্যবহার করি ।
উদাহরণ :
I have been studying for the exam for the past three hours.
আমি গত তিন ঘন্টা ধরে পরীক্ষার জন্য পড়াশোনা করছি।
They have been playing video games for the entire afternoon.
তারা পুরো বিকেল ধরে ভিডিও গেম খেলছে।
She has been working on her project for the last week.
তিনি গত সপ্তাহ ধরে তার প্রকল্পে কাজ করছেন।
He has been running for half an hour.
আধা ঘণ্টা ধরে দৌড়াচ্ছেন তিনি।
We have been waiting for the bus for 15 minutes.
They have been building the bridge for two years.
I have been reading this book for the past month.
He has been singing for an hour.
They have been dancing for the last two hours.
We have been discussing the plan for the past hour.
I have been studying for the exam since morning.
They have been playing video games since afternoon.
She has been working on her project since last week.
He has been running since 6 am.
We have been waiting for the bus since 15 minutes ago.
They have been building the bridge since two years ago.
I have been reading this book since last month.
He has been singing since 8 pm.
They have been dancing since last night.
We have been discussing the plan since yesterday.
